Qualifications :

- Bachelor or Master Degree in IT/Computer Sciences Engineer, Computer Engineer or Related field.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Voice Recorder or Fax Manager will be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- MCSA / MCSE / VM Certified is an advantage.

Job Description
Responsible for the overall project Management and the quality of technical service / implementation to the customer with technical knowledge and good service mind.
To be responsible for all product or solution company and achieve the product certificate as need.
Pre-sales support
- Preparation all Project documents need (Specification, Datasheet, Brochure etc.) , equipment, component and site preparation for product or solution deployment process with knowledge and technical consultant to pre-sale and sale.
Post-sales support
- Preparation and combination project document and to ensure timely execution.
- Co-ordinate with the customer, relevant authorities, M&E contractors, project partner and all other parties involved in the project to ensure smooth implementation.
- Preparation and compilation of customer’s data file for submission upon project commissioning.
- Conduct the training to the customer before the cutover of the systems if necessary.
Product Administration
- Manage and maintain the demonstration facility.
- Manage and maintain the product documentationCompletely documents of project and deliver with the given timeline.
Qualifications/Skills Needed
- Presentation skill
- Technical, analytical interpersonal, conceptual and organization skills required
- Associates Degree
- Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date Product or Solution Company.
- Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal.
